Gidde Up.

Or as cribbed from the show’s notes:

“The only way to get ahead is to dare. The vibrant colour of action not the drab grey of theory.”

Sounds like a very "present" statement---and being in the moment types...maybe that's why these are the kind of clothes we would wear.

As American Western/Country tunes kept the beat, cowboy hat topped or flowing long hair models strutted the easy wear attire of Strenesse Blue, the line designed by Creative Director Viktoria Strehle.

These are clothes that have international appeal…and there was plenty we saw that should sell across borders.

For Spring 2010, earth tones (brownish red, orange, sand), stone grays, blues…and metallics ruled the runway in separates made from plush nappa leather, soft washed satins and dabs of sequins.

We loved the cuts of the sleeveless and long sleeve one piece jumpsuits with utilitarian details in belts and pockets.

A double breasted coatdress and u neck tank tops mix matched with tailored shorts suit, low belted skirts, or slim fitted above the ankle trousers- give even office drones viable wardrobe options.

And the fun youthful garb- like the short shorts that should only be seen on the long legged types

...and the sleeveless frocks -all gave a polished bump up to casual wear…attire that decidedly took a turn towards sloppy in the States with all that shredded denim, slouchy boyfriend attire.

FINAL THOUGHTS: Clean, modern with little frills-(no ruffles, calico prints, or fringes that Happy Trails rider Dale Evans or Nicki of Big Love would have worn)…

ADDED PLUS; The oversized hobo shaped carryalls for gals on the go.

HAIR, MAKEUP= Pretty and Polished.
