And IMHO, the newer Target's are the on trend ones---with all the capsule collections, smart store architecture etc etc that gave this department store chain it's bump up form the Dayton Hudson's of yore. And now the Big Apple has what seemingly every state has...and just in time for Fall 2010. Billed as "offering on-trend pieces at great prices" Target'a accessories are the easy way to freshen up the basics, the tees/denim/button downs, pencil skirts ----that we already own. We favor  over-sized scarves in animal prints , bright plaids and hombre patterns the most...an idiot proof, just toss it on item to perk up the neutrals ($12.99).
