JOYA de NICARAGUA Premium Cigar Launch @ NAT SHERMAN

ESQUIRE SPRING 2011 BIG BLACK BOOK @ NAT SHERMAN 12 East 42 nd Street The final chapter-this season---of Esquire magazine's partnership with the  “Tobacconist To The World” Nat Sherman---heralded the launch of the thick glossy style manual the BIG BLACK BOOK- for men. Guests enjoyed the limited reserve cigars made just for the collab, sipped Gentleman Jack’s specialty cocktails,  ----and noshed---while relaxing on the really sleek furniture----part of the Esquire Home Collection of Furniture. As always, the handsome setting was ideal for the occasion---in sync with the Esquire MO "Man At His Best" ---with accessories, cigars and rare men’s collectables like vintage luggage, watches, cufflinks…etc, cleverly displayed…and for sale. And a MANATTAN DESTINATION 12 East 42 nd Street, NYC Words/Images Judith Ecochard It was at a Holiday Fair downtown that we got a hint might be ultimate gift for cigar smokers… Collectible, and carved humidors, gloriously crafted by David Linley ’s bespoke architectural firm---an exclusive to the Big Apple based Tobacconist, Nat Sherman . ($4000-$45,000) (FYI: Mr. Linley is Queen Elizabeth’s nephew---and founded his company---acclaimed for hand wrought wooden furniture--- in 1985).  We also previewed beautiful cigar holders made from exotic skins and limited edition cigars (of primo DR tobacco and North Carolina leaves--Nat Sherman’s “Legendary Cigars”)…that we decided to stop by the bricks and mortar retail emporium in midtown last week.
