Berlin Fashion Week
What a pleasure to see a collection of sandals and shoes---in a relaxed setting on the river.
We didn’t know what to expect after the courteous Mercedes Benz Fashion Week driver dropped us off outside a renovated brick building somewheres in the former East Berlin.
A quick elevator ride led to a breath if fresh air, literally--- light filled space where we were surprised by the selection/variety of kickers we saw.
No wonder…these comfy and stylish sandals and shoes from Scholl, may never arrive in the USA.
We were familiar with the basic flats –the original exercise sandal (over 50 years old)--- and the brand Dr. Scholls that offers up a series of foot products to heal all aching/ailing feet.
…But really liked the cork heel and wooden platform leather sandals and flats set to hit many worldwide stores next winter…
And amusingly, there was a slow-mo catwalk where well shod legs slowly strolled across a white space--- with the latest.
Guess a jaunt across the Pond -or an online visit---is necessary to view/purchase the entire line.
