Indonesian born Farah Angsana designed her clothes for "glamourous women who travel, who are urbane, modern ...sophisticated," we were told- in a little chat we were lucky to have backstage-just prior to the show.

For F/W 2012 luxe fabrics in jewels tones, several shades of blue, "simple ivory and black" --- and beautiful digital prints...

...as well as embellished (crystals/sequins-applied by hand), evening frocks were transformed into both fitted and flowing silhouettes. All very wearable we note---the fabrics were so wonderful the silhouettes veered towards the classic and flattering looks that are feminine.

We thought that indeed-the collection =very international in it's appeal---and how the "flowing Princess"  world wide...for women on the go...would appreciate appropriate attire no matter where her jet lands.

FYI: In the fashion business for 15 years ---Angsana has put her stylish flair on bridal and resort collections also-

Hair/Make-up by Christo had the models with shiny locks (Curlisto Glow&Shine Spray)...twisted section by section -into a back knot----with a bit of height at the crown.

Gals with short locks had slicked back hair with a matte finish (Matte Stay)-for a boyish look.

Make-up used included----Urban Decay, Smashbox and Dragon Red by Nars on the lips...for a luminous glow...with a strong pop.

it takes 4 pairs of hands to get a model ready for the catwalk-on time!

NAILS-by Pattie Yankee for Dashing Diva-classic pale pink.

Neat nail case!
