Ramen Noodle Slayers...

CUCINA & AMORE aka Kitchen &Love plant based-supergrain (and filling)Farro quick meals...vegan sophisticated meals 'just stir and go' in grilled vegetables+herbs, artichoke, lemon, & roasted garlic...and roasted pepper+artichoke. Preservative, gluten free in a microwavable container w/ mix-in sauce. There's also Quinoa meals-four flavors available now too. EASY!

-we see the yam based shirataki konjac not flavorable but texture satisfying super low cal noodles everywhere now-fairly inexpensive too...Miracle Noodle Kitchen now sells big flavored ready to eat (heat) flavorings including pictured Spaghetti Marinara, Green Curry and Pad Thai...gluten, grain FREE, vegan, non-GMO and Paleo friendly. 

TastyBite had em' packed at their booth-with products for customer's increasingly palate preferences for hot+spicy bold flavors.  The new Indian Coconut Vegetables -non-GMO, vegetarian-a just heat and eat ready made meals in a pouch. Sophisticate blends of aromatic spices (garlic, ginger, turmeric),sweet  coconut hints and hunks of sweet potatoes plus peas, broccoli, peppers-faster than takeout deliveries...and arguably better tasting. There are many offerings ranging from mild-to hot Indian (16 varieties) and Thai offerings. Shelf stable too-for 6 months. 

SOFI winner-these shelf ready sauce/marinades-require a tad more effort-and clean-up but allows for customization-basically pick a protein or vegetable combo to sit in the marinade for 20 minutes or so, heat oil in a skillet pan, add spice blend, then add the marinaded foods in the spice blend...then add the simmer sauce and a ¼-½ cup water. Total time around 30 minutes including marinade part.  

Poke is a hit in NYC-where food trucks and 'it' restaurants have been serving up this ceviche/sashimi Hawaiian style alternative. From Brooklyn based ACME smoked salmon purveyor Blue Hill Bay-a new category for them...Poke Bowls in Smoked Ahi Tuna and Smoked Salmon flavors...with jasmine rice, Poke sauce (including soy sauce+sriracha hot chili sauce, chili pepper and vinegar, garlic, sugar) and Poke seasoning black+white sesame seeds, ginger, seaweed)
