"LONG ELEGANT WALKS" Instructions from Backstage
ALTMAN BUILDING, New York Fashion Week

Big Apple dweller Loris Diran, sourced sunny childhood memories of Coney Island for his colorful Spring 2010 men’s and women’s RTW collection.
Impeccable tailoring, polished details and luxe fabrics fashioned into flattering AND wearable silhouettes ---are positive attributes a Diran customer counts on.
The show opened up with warm weather casual daywear separates and a fun poppy print chiffon Nadia Dress...all in bright tones (poppy red, canary yellow)...and often paired with urbane neutrals.
Silk Herringbone Cargo Blazer
Walking shorts in linen, a deep v neck navy cashmere pullover, and crisp cotton twill pants (for guys) are our idea of versatility… dress up leisure that defines American sportswear at its best.
Our top pick was a cocktail frock---a stunning Sunflower Satin Bow Dress (Look #16). We can see some celeb walking the red carpet in this.
Other highlights included Diran’s elegant day and evening ensembles (silk blouses, a pouf skirt)…and his many fans in the crowd applauded accordingly.
We loved the long gowns…a teal silk jersey draped and silk chiffon petal knockouts--- and the last look, a black silk chiffon and chain Cyclone dress---define Diran’s craftsmanship at its best.
