Lisa Salzer's childhood summers inspired a beautiful assortment of year-round wearable jewelry pieces...that we'd be happy to own/wear...all of it!
Walking up a staircase to the presentation spot---we spied four showcases offered a tempting preview of the mix of colors and textures..."reminiscent of the sand, sea and surf..."
Raw-cut natural stones, suede lashing, silk orchids, fin shape forms and brass beads---combined with sparkling crystals, enamel metal...intricate details -labor intensive- done by hand

Though there are jewelry trends every season---the "statement necklace" for example---most successful jewelry types we talk to ---follow their vision more than the runways.
Since this is our second season previewing Lulu Frost (the first-a southwestern outing)...we admire how Salzer seems to create from her creative well of ideas...and admire the artistry of how she elevates so called costume pieces to fine art...the hand work is astonishing. IMHO.
