With two new lower profile ("by 40% than the typical day pack") winter hydration packs...Tycoon (Men's-2.2lbs) and Ante (Women's 2.1 lbs)...
The details that make the difference=an insulated Therminator™ harness that helps prevent water from freezing in the tube. And the redesigned pack shape lets the tube lay flatter---with the Big Bite™ valve attainable with gloved hands.
The reservoir compartment easy to "drop-in" but holds securely without sloshing.
Compartments inside and out---including quick access one for a probe/shovels, a clam shell opening for gear, a side fleece lined, goggle pouch, adjustable straps for boards (vertical or horizontal)/skis that can be tucked away or used as additional compression straps.
Other Details: The Tycoon has a 1,125 cubic in cargo capacity...the Ante with a curved shoulder harness...has a 1,000 cubic inch cargo capacity.
