Spring / Summer 2012 Footwear

No matter how burnt out we are from NYC livin'-there is nothing like shoes, shoes and more shoes to perk us up-right out of a slump.
Consolidated Shoes has a host of fashion pumps, sandals, wedges, flats, and boots- under its auspices that are all winners----with on target designs and styles galore-at prices that are amazingly affordable.
Beginning our preview--- Madeline® and Madeline® Girl-are value priced bargains----cute cute cute...on trend pumps, wedges, peep toe patents....and nice fusions of printed fabrics, vinyl/faux leather/suede- and natural fiber materials-including feminine floral, snake and animal prints.
Nicole® "take it easy."™ ---is not exactly totally accurate as the Spring 2012 is full of city fashion friendly shoes.
Platforms, heels and flats---made from quality leathers and fabrics put together well-particularly the mixed textures-Nicole footwear is contemporary label that fortunately won't drain a bank account.
POETIC LICENCE London is a fantastical collection of whimsical shoes---with just enough dosages of seriousness to be able to wear these shoes anywhere-work, nights out, fancy parties...
Truthfully-everything is awesome-we were lucky the samples were all in size 7-or we would have wanted to walk out with them all.
Poetic Licence is not really a trend driven line---though clearly-it's footwear that makes the outfit. (Sister brand Irregular Choices is the outfit----)
The workmanship is stellar---and the prices really cannot be matched given the materials, and hand details...
We get why certain brands get paranoid about being knocked off style-wise...but we cannot imagine any company in some far flung destination even coming close to matching these kickers.
Off The Beaten Track are comfy kickers that are taking the spotlight in the style category the past two seasons.
Footbeds offer cushioned support---and the workmanship is exceptional---what impresses us these days ---the designs!
Stacked platform wedges with nice upper color pops----
Top picks ----
