BONUS: Even for those humans-who barely read the instruction books (hands up here), and just want to plug in the air purifier console, press a button -and have it work-without fuss-the non-app controlled LED tap touch screen panel on Honeywell's -switch on the basic settings (four cleaning levels)-and will do just fine re: operational efficiency. ALL THUMBS: The Honeywell Air Purifier comes pre-assembled...just pop open the front grill-that runs the length of the front- to unwrap the pre filter and filters from the protective plastic wraps-slide them back into place, close the grill-it snaps closed with a reassuring click ...and plug in the machine directly into an electric socket (non-watery areas only). There's a quick reference card (top of picture-the pull- tab) to guide...so no handy person-geek squad are needed to decode.
The touch screen panel -with its individual setting controls for indoor air pollutants (germ, general clean, allergy, VOCs) is very easy to understand. To operate-press the LED buttons (starting with power)...adjusting higher or lower speeds as needed,
Our fav new feature of the HPA 250B that we have- is the VOC sensor-that automatically detects a room's VOC level (green-low, amber-marginal, red-high=bad)-and adjusts accordingly when selected (it will light up). There is even a dimmer option to lower the light level of the panel.
Helpful-especially for fresh air sleepers-who like those windows open no matter what-there's a turbo option that powers up the cleaning process...getting sleep time ready (cleaner-better breathing), faster. And the white noise sound=soothing!
Most importantly-it works. Quickly.
