DESIGN ASYLUM CREATIONS--SPRING and FALL 2010
Sixth Avenue, NYC

SO many shoes, so little time.
The first MAJOR WOW goes to----
IRREGULAR CHOICES a whimsical collection of “fresh, fun” women’s footwear…that would not be out of place adorning the gals in the latest 3D sensation, ALICE IN WONDERLAND.
We loved everything and took so many pics, we don’t know what to say about this English line, (NO WONDER-the mother land of the weirdly stress busting TV show Teletubbies)
-
--the MO “Recapture Your Freedom Which Eloped With Your Youth” ---is imaginatively interpreted with mixed textiles, clashing wildly colorful prints, charms, and over the top embellishments…
----that all look amazing--- in that fab Brit way…
----that all look amazing--- in that fab Brit way…
And these are not kickers that’ll break after one outing…the high quality is obvious…and the heels are the kind that will not break off…a problem with other lines. And we tried a pair...very comfy too.
PLUS: great price points---with boots typically priced $150-$295, and shoes with those amazing heels (including the lucite wedge that lights up)
--- $120-$145.
Cuff booties...Fall 2010
We think these images speak for themselves… as these kickers ARE the outfit.
POETIC LICENCE a “sister brand” ---is as creative to the aforementioned…but with a more sophisticated appeal.
Certainly stylish…and we feel, Poetic Licence shoes will make an outfit...and has footwear that works the day-to-night lifestyle we all lead…
Priced from around $69 (Sandals)-$200 (Boots), we saw plenty of eye catching flats for Spring.
Fabric prints convey elegance…and we love the shoe inner linings that add an element of FUN.
We loved these peep toe boots…with walkable heels…
Stacked Platform Sparklers
