Traditional retro styles- with updated techie features are the hallmarks of Kamiks’s new Pearson boots. A DNA in the outwear as fashion category make these rugged/ stylish boots …named after Canada’s 14th Prime Minister…urban and country tough…with a full grain nubuck leather upper, a helium rubber outer sole, a shearling cuff, moisture wicking lining, and felt insulation.

NICE ECO TOUCH: its PVC free--- blessed with seam sealed, water proofed construction. AND 70% made in CANADA...so it saves energy sucking transportation costs too...being closer to retail outlets. (Kamik is out of Montreal, FYI).

Another looker that functions…the Canuck---with a waterproof upper, and the same helium rubber outer sole ($75). What makes these rain boots FUN is the Hilo Rain Boot liners in poppin’ colors…whisper white, fandango pink, black plum, and the city fav, black. And the quality is top notch…as are all Kamik boots.

We always wonder how Kamik comes up with the new graphic prints and shades for their collectable rain boots. But they do. We love the faux shearling and wool ribbed collars…

...and PLAIDS. ($40-$100)

Brand new for Kamick, a family run entity –is an enormous assortment of ped coverings that filled up an entire booth!

Smartly, technical performance socks (padding where you need it)--- made out of a proprietary blend of ADVANSA Thermo°Cool thermoregulation fiber and Extra Fine Merino wool are soon to be available in North America exclusively from Richter Yarns and Stoehr, one of the largest spinners of wool yarn ---for the Kamik brand. Hiker, downhill ski, snowboards, crews and kid’s booties …to name just a few styles, is brand extending at its best. The assortment of color options is amazing. ($11-$20)

There are also Women’s and Children’s Fashion Fall 2010 line-up in on trend patterns and colors…in boot, knee high and crew models. ($7.50-$9.50)

Tie dye knee-highs, flower prints, and Fair Isle and plaid patterns socks are sure to sell well. And the cuffed knee-highs are a perfect fit for leggings, skinny jeans, and minis.

We loved the camouflage for boys…too.

There are also cable knit tights ($16) in windowpane and cable knit patterns for women… and leg warmers for women ($12) and a sure to be big seller--- Fair Isle pattern leg warmers with cute poms poms for girls ($10)--- in comfy acrylic.

And all easy care to…machine washable and tumble-dry.
