January (a new year...a new decade)...is the 'to-do-list' month of good intentions.

Easier ways to check off the wellness 'box'-eat better by substituting indulgent snacks and the daily java habit-with better-for you versions:



cutting back on sugar doesn't mean sweet chocolate desires aren't  placated-think rich Belgian chocolate with natural sugar-sugar free via stevia =SKINNY Me-seriously delicious bars. 
Ditching dairy??? No Whey! White Chocolate simile in a bar form-really does taste like white chocolate...BUT-is vegan, free of artificial colors and peanut/tree/gluten free too.

Walnuts are naturally loaded with Omega 3s---we loved these Crazy Go Nuts with added coconut in the mix...
Another naturally blessed plant loaded with healthy omega's-hemp! Cheeky name sure-but a boring life 's almonds and walnuts are delicious-organic, vegan AND flavoredinvently-(a hint of lavender? IT WORKS -tastewise). with 25 mgs of organic grown hemp oil (w/ trendy CBD) per serving- which theoretically does impart added nutrition.
