Cool New Products+Trends- Eats/Treats

Part One
KETO        -         has been the hottest 'diet' trend lately...but we feel the low glycemic -high fat/protein/veggies/nuts-seeds foods = sticking around-and entering the permanent lifestyle realm. Like the Mediterranean diet-there are a slew of  health benefits to a low sugar daily intake...and it's easier then ever to get on board.

Pictured above...those smart folks at The Spice Lab offer their  ultra premium spices packaged for Keto advocates. Why a need (we asked!!!)? Apparently many spices are packaged with corn starch (or something) to reduce moisture...and it's not on the label. Some have sugar in them to (blends)...or have carbs -naturally.
With The Spice lab selection-the taste enhancing choices are low carb- gluten free. And seriously-only a tiny amount of The Spice Lab's offerings are needed for savory bursts of dish enhancing flavor- def. less than other spice brands-because the quality/purity is so high.
IMO-tie a ribbon around Keto's selection of Chili Lime Seasoning-Premium Gourmet Margarita Salt packaged in a Shaker Jar (or French jar) -add in a bottle of tequila-for a great house/BBQ house gift-that's guaranteed to be a party pleaser.
Counters will appreciate the front label- 411 on protein/sugar/fat grams of these satisfying KETO indulgent rich 'Love Good Fats™' chocolate bars. Non-GMO, gluten+soy FREE-and easily digested (no sugar alcohols!!!) -plus just filling enough-these palate pleasers are an ideal post multi-hour endurance pursuit pick me up-when the thought of another energy gel loaded with fructose-inspires nausea. There's a reason ultra-marathoners eat 'real' food' to get to the finish line...ditto training for a full Ironman. Available in six flavors like rich chocolatey almond + peanut butter chocolatey -what we tried-2 more chocolately samples... & 2 plant based versions. What sweetness it has -courtesy of stevia-is notable subdued vs the typical chocolate bar out there. In a good way. No wonder-so many retail food stores picked these up to sell. Widely available.
