A sunny room lined with shoes---staggering numbers, in fact- of versions inspired by the
Sperry Top-Sider' iconic boat shoes-first conjured up by Paul Sperry in 1935…freshened up with a new silhouettes for Fall 2014 that aren't so traditional.
Impressive-and the price/value is outstanding. No wonder this former only boat/water shoe brand-has sailed off to bigger things-including its own retail stores. (31-for now).
Mood boards helped define the company's vision for women's Fall 2014 footwear delivering end of June- September …and in most cases, we think, wearable year round options served up in abundance.

HIGHLIGHTS:
Lifestyle sneakers (Seacoast) with white rubber outsole-nautical stripe trim…in Spring (available now) and delivering later- deeper autumnal tones -all with burly rawhide leather laces.
Uppers-in solids and fun prints- heavy duty seacoast canvas, houndstooth, plaid (
fun) or washable leather. Some of these Seacoast kicks belong to a machine wash group---really----toss them in the washing machine and dry on a rack=DONE.
All of these sporty selections have vulcanized construction with secure bond between upper and outsole, removable PU molded footbeds, and non-marking outsoles with razor cut Wave-Siping for grip on wet/dry.

Sperry Top-Sider took a wedge heel--and showed it many different ways…
IMO-wedge heels are always going to sell---get some height and one can walk in them without slipping into those sidewalk grates. These selections are not heavy handed, either-and a few are tailored enough to wear with dresses/skirts…for work.
