With all the $s poured into ad campaigns, we'd expect to see more of those featured creations walking around town. Our eyeballs' (unscientific) survey of what women actually wear on the feet-on a daily basis- never shows those advertised skyscraper heel shoes though...like 95% of the time...in the city where we live. It's always flats, sneakers, or some kind of wedge heels (and not big ones), that seem to dominate ---except when it rains-and then Hunter boots rule.
Which goes a long way to explaining the popularity of Dansko shoes and clogs...a brand that draws lines of attendees at OR-whenever they sell selections to benefit the Conservation Alliance.
