WOOLRICH, Inc. is a multi-faceted apparel company---with many different clothing lines ranging from practical/casual-outdoor/utilitarian (what we saw at OR)---to glammy/sophisticated sportswear with that Euro touch.
The references to the company's USA heritage-- a wool mill from PA. founded in 1830 ---gets serious references in the apparel we see...the iconic plaid re-interpreted.
What we particularly like with how this line is evolving---is the use of technically performing fabrics---moisture wicking, easy care, durable---like
Cocona---with smart performance details---like zipped pockets, tabs for rolling up or down hems...in styles, colors and prints that can straight off the trail-or out of a canoe---to a night out on the town. Without changing.
