It's been awhile since we were at a fashion event-at the Out Hotel's oasis-like verdant outdoor space -located to the far west of bustling Times Square...
Mercifully-the weather was sunny---and gave the INGLOT makeup team-led by Mahasin Phillips..a no special lights needed-for the flawless applications on the models' faces.
The focus -was on one element-the eyes-using a striking silver that worked on several skin tones. Think of it as the eye shadow equivalent of red lipstick-so bold-the rest of the face is kept neutral.
