Samantha Pleet hails from Brooklyn----so we were told---and her capsule collection for the premium Wolverine 1000 Mile Rockford, MI collection...is fabulous. At Outdoor Retailer-maybe a different type-more urban (urbane) retailer would merch these shoes---we are sure that at trade shows like FFANY/Plaform---the lines of shoe buyers are lined up, easy. Really nice.

Horween Chromexcel® Leather and breathable Duck Canvas Panel. We wrote about this kind of leather prior...it takes 28 days to make involving 89 processes...fyi.
Leather lining and footbed, outsole of butyl-treated leather with Vibram® rubber heels---at $475 a classic shoe. Love the outer contrast stitching detail too...and leather upper strap keeps laces secure.
