Nourishing The Largest Human Body Organ-SKIN

The importance of a healthy gut microbiome (good bacteria+immune cells)-fed by pre/probiotics/fiber...has been scientifically linked to our well being.

Everything from anxiety levels, digestive issues,  auto-immune diseases (as in rheumatoid arthritis), and even lately neurological diseases like Parkinson's  are linked to having bad gut health...

So common sense would of course-synch up nourishing the largest human organ-our skin-via pre/probiotics to obtain the skin equivalent of a healthy gut.

From Europe-the LaFlore skincare collection actually contains (rather amazingly-via patented technology, 3rd party tested) LIVE pre and probiotics-from good for you yeasts and bacteria strains- that encourages healthy cellular turnover for fresh glowy skin...creating a desired barrier to environmental pollution that is everywhere, indoors and outside.

Especially good for sensitive skin-its key products are truly loaded with good bacteria (ingredient lists confirm this). In order of use-the Enzymatic Cleanser, Live ProBiotic Concentrated Serum, Daily Defense Moisturizer, and Longevity Oil have rightfully so- received positive reviews for its help in reducing the appearance of fine lines/wrinkles encouraging suppleness-plumpness of (more) youthful skin-and without irritation.

Bonus -available in a handy TSA okay travel kit $99 -cruelty free and of course being a European brand-without the scary stuff packed into a lot of USA skincare lines.

We tried out travel kit collection for ourselves...hence can vouch that all products felt soothing and especially the serum- sunk in super fast after light pats. Probably good for all skin types -less Longevity Oil for oily skin, including those that might get itchy, irritated, or burned up by other scented or fragrance neutral products.

Note: these well packed (dark containers) products should probably be kept in a dark cool spot-just like vitamin C serums.

Eminence Organic Skincare also hails from Europe. Its new leave on Kombucha Microbiome Leave-On Masque does not contain live pre/probiotics but does have key ingredients that also 'feeds' our skin (in a good way): soothing/calming lactococcus ferment lysate-derived from probiotics via a fermented process that disses bad bacteria, lactic acid loaded dead skin removing kombucha-naturally fermented, and smoothing ginger root that helps with uneven skin tone.

TIP: Apply for 3-6 minutes and either leave it (sunk into regular skin leaving hydrated soft feel/look-or rinse off with splash of water and dry-for next applications of  sunscreen/block, makeup etc.
