Boots, particularly cropped boots aka booties-are worn year round…and some of the cutest gal kicks we've seen are by affordable label OTBT (priced in a sweet spot-mostly under $180)…with burnished leathers, on trend silhouettes- nice details-like hardware chains/buckles---in selections that go with frilly frocks, work tailored skirts-as well as casual denim which from what we can see-counts as work wear in ⅔ places that don't require a uniform- in NYC, anyway.
