Barshnikov Center , West 37th Street, NYC + Milk Made @ Standard Hotel, NYC Dubbed "Twisted Elegance"---the Ed Tricomi hair creation= nicely complimented the polished looks of Douglas Hannant's S/S 2014 collection.  The sleek straight locks-blow-dryed to perfection with a flat brush-  using a dime size amount of the workhorse Mythic Oil- LOVE Mythic Oil (far left)----we douse our hair with the light liquid before a pool swim-swimcap covering it all up of course. Also a creamy milk version available-pictured on right. With the front part (from middle of the eyebrows)  smoothly pulled back and secured with a clear rubber band... the entire head then got lightly sprayed with   L'Oréal Professionnel Infinium 2 hairspray.  Next- small piece of hair from under the rubber band was twisted around and down the ponytail a few times...and invisibly secured with a bobby pin-pushed upward...

West 37th Street, NYC words/backstage images Judith Ecochard For Douglas Hannant 's Fall 2013 RTW Collection...Ed Tricomi (of the now seven salon-ed- Warren Tricomi ) created a stylish pageboy for the gals---by first teasing the model's hair, section by section with a brush ---"not a comb- so it's not packed".... love-this leather jacket Then ---most of the hair except crown part---(as clipped---pictured below)...was gathered in a 'fake' low ponytail in order to pin underneath -in two sections ---with the resultant pouf shape---equal to the big rollers not needed pageboy from the Eisenhower era. There was height at the top---but the hair there-as was the whole look- silky sleek smooth-including the tiny ponytail tied in the back with an elastic rubber band. pinned underneath -in two sections hairspray filled the air-L'Oreal Professionnel Infinium  perfect shape ...
