75 Main Street, Southampton N.Y. Fall weather 2011 version---in the Northeast USA is waaayyyy better than the rest of the year. Now's the best time to visit those summer beach resort towns-like Southampton...at the tip of Long Island. We ventured out to this rather picturesque Hampton's hamlet recently ---and after a triathlon that required us to get up under pitch black, star filled skies-afterwards which- we required real food/fuel-not gel goo and Gatorade... And we lucked out with the restaurant we ended up at-75 Main Street.
