HACHE Women's RTW Fall 2013

After climbing a looong entrance to the photo-spot Industria Gallery/Studios....we discovered a very calm quiet backstage scene for the Italian label HACHE's RTW show...
Italians-getting in a smoke, pre-show

Calm and waiting-(six models late), the make-up/hair staff seemed very relaxed when we were us a chance to leisurely take some pics.

MAC Pro did the glistening, dark smoky eyes---a nod to the 90's grungy skateboarding scene-the inspiration for the show's ensembles.  The rest of the face was kept natural looking-barely there foundation, rosy cheeks, rose pinks pouts with dab of gloss. Kinda like the look one would get if 18 years old and waking up with the yesterday's eye make-up-now smudged on.

MAC Pro Chromagraphic  pencil in black is a creamy soft point liner/-smudged with a cotton swab...bold color

Nails were a pale pink

Make-up table----

Hair-had that second (or third day) look-with a slight wave or stringy straight----flattened on top "like a dead bird picked off the street." That's a quote---but we got it...flat, like road kill. Shiny hair though---not greasy.

uplight-banishes any shadows---

tinted rose gloss on lips...slight rose blush on cheeks---subtle and glowing

The apparel and footwear---was "a dialog between the grunge underground culture and elements of the 90's skateboarding scene..."

Hache staged a runway show- but we felt that a presentation would have been a better way to really appreciate the inventive combo of textiles used---including leathers, neoprene, and metallics----very special...and the tailoring impeccable with menswear references.

Prince of Wales plaid hooded rain  jacket---with silver inner coated lining

instructions from the stylist....not left to chance

Footwear was probably a relief for the models---in a nod to slip-on skate shoes...wide strap sandals and embroidered sneakers....
