Very nice---hearing the inspiring stories of last year's winners-who included one couple who got engaged in front of two million or so BFFs...and another winning couple--- who shared the tale of welcoming the birth of their first child while simultaneously dealing with cancer treatments. WOW.
Also very nice----the celeb couple and judges (along with others)- Mario Lopez and Courtney Mazza giving a prep talk--- to launch the Kiss of the Year Contest...and offering encouraging words to contestants to conjure up compelling love stories.
Three lucky couple finalists----get a lot of good experiences---including a stint on the Wendy Williams show...all expenses paid trip to NYC to get on the tv studio stage in a timely manner---VIP tickets to a Times Sq. The Kiss of the Year Contest details are as follows:
SUBMISSION PERIOD: October 18th – November 7thStarting October 18th, couples can log onto Facebook.com/NIVEAUSA to share their true love stories, a photo and the compelling reasons they deserve to be named NIVEA's "Kiss of the Year" Couple.
JUDGING PERIOD: November 8th – November 25th NIVEA's panel of celebrity and expert judges, led by NIVEA Kiss Stage hosts Mario Lopez andCourtney Mazza, will use their romance expertise to select three lucky couples that will advance to the finalist phase where the public gets to vote on Facebook for their favorite couple for this once in a lifetime experience. All three finalists will win a trip to New York City to appear on The Wendy Williams Show.
PUBLIC VOTING PERIOD: November 26th – December 16thStarting November 26th, people across the country can view the three finalists' compelling love stories and vote to choose their favorite couple to win the grand prize trip to Times Square on New Year's Eve.
WINNER UNVEILING: December 31st Following the public voting period, NIVEA's panel of celebrity and expert judges will announce the lucky winning couple of the Kiss of the Year Contest on Facebook.com/NIVEAUSA.
