TONI MATICEVSKI FALL/WINTER 2010

CLASSICAL MODES INTO MODERN STATEMENTS”

TONI MATICEVSKI is one of those fashion designers with a runway show that's been staged in NYC for a few seasons now…and somehow we never saw his collection.

WHAT A REVELATION!

Absolutely glam…posh luxury fabrics, exacting hand details…netting, silks, fairy tale layers that look sophisticated. A sense of humor too...as in this black silk top, casually paired with a frothy ruffled skirt. Balanced.

----eveningwear that reminded us Greek goddesses on the Red Carpet.

WOW.
Rough/toughen up a frilly outfit with kickers that are hard edge!

MAKE UP by DHAV NAIDU for M.A.C.
We had a chance to chat up the M.A.C. team…led by Naidu…who “worked closely with Toni for he whole look.”

“Fall Winter is a bleak season so I wanted to bring luminosity to the face…by painting gold on the hair….”

M.A.C. pigments swished up with the lip balm gave the pouters a gilded, frosty look.

“Beauty is about wearability…just have fun with it.”

THE NAIL COLOR---CASEY by ZOYA, a dark glitter.

HAIR by Rodney Cutler under that gold…straight and silky...in ballerina buns!
