Still rolling with the 125th Anniversary drive, Victorinox debuted a new ultra lightweight soft shell luggage geared towards the more casual/adventure traveler at Outdoor Retailer.

Available NOW…we think the portable pieces are just in time as the weather gets good and we get antsy.

Constructed of resilient (and proprietary) 1500D re-engineered filament yarn meshed with a eco friendly 600D main body fabric treated with a vinyl acetate copolymer, the haulers boast a cool pattern that helps prevent scratching.

And…“it has great packability.”

Nice touch…the wheeled duffle (the Explorer and Alpineer) unzips in the center for easy access to the main compartments and both have an outer strap system to keep contents secure (and flatter too).

Coined the CH-97 COLLECTION after the Switzerland country code and the birth year of the Swiss Army knife ---this assortment of seven luggage pieces come in handsome black or pine green. As with most Victorinox hailers, the collection has a patented one touch, aluminum retractable handle that easily swivels, and loads of pockets…including an inner zipped and mesh pockets for stuff, and an outer stash zipped pocket…handy for keys, tickets, etc

Other features…eye-catching Attach a Bag removable straps.

Rear corner guards and plastic kickplate for additional protection….

We think the price points  (we found the 20 incher going for$200)…is a great value!

In online and brick/mortar stores now…like Bloomingdales.
